Welcome to the official website and portal of Mata Chakeri Devi Foundation ("MCDF"). By accessing or using our website, registering for events (including Badariya Monsoon Festival 2026), or applying for digital entry passes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Free Event Registration & Pass Allocation

Mata Chakeri Devi Foundation organizes cultural, social, and community welfare events for public benefit:

• Free Admission: Event entry passes for Badariya Monsoon Festival are 100% free of charge. No individual or entity is authorized to sell, auction, or charge any fee for event passes.
• Digital Pass Verification: Each registered attendee receives a unique Digital Pass ID and scannable QR Code. Passes must be presented at Talkatora Indoor Stadium entry gates alongside valid photo identification.
• Accuracy of Information: Registrants must provide accurate personal details (Full Name, Mobile Number, WhatsApp Number, Email). Registrations with fraudulent or incomplete data may be canceled.

3. Media Accreditation & Press Regulations

Journalists, reporters, camera crew, and content creators applying for Media Accreditation must adhere to the following:

• Media passes are granted strictly for legitimate press coverage, reporting, and documentary purposes.
• Media representatives must carry official press credentials and follow designated media enclosure guidelines at the venue.
• Commercial exploitation or unauthorized live broadcast without prior written permission from MCDF management is strictly prohibited.

4. Venue Code of Conduct & Security

All attendees entering Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi, must comply with official venue security standards:

• Security personnel reserve the right to perform routine security screening and bag checks at entry points.
• Prohibited items include hazardous materials, weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, and noisy disturbance equipment.
• MCDF and venue management reserve the right to deny entry or escort any individual out of the venue for disruptive conduct.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, trademarks, artwork, festival banners, and digital media displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Mata Chakeri Devi Foundation. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

MCDF endeavors to ensure seamless event organization and website operation. However, MCDF shall not be held liable for any unforeseen delays, event schedule adjustments, natural weather disruptions, or technical connection failures beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the website or event registration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
