Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign – Independence Day 2025

On the occasion of India’s 78th Independence Day, Mata Chakeri Devi Foundation, with CSR support from Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), organized the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign across several areas in Delhi-NCR. The campaign aimed to encourage citizens to hoist the national flag at their homes and celebrate Independence Day with a deep sense of pride and patriotism.

As part of this initiative, the Foundation distributed over 10,000 Indian flags to households in local communities. Volunteers went door-to-door, motivating families to join the campaign and explaining the importance of the national flag. People from all walks of life — youth, senior citizens, women, and children — came together to show their love for the country by proudly displaying the Tiranga.

The campaign also focused on spreading awareness about the flag code of India and the proper way to respect and display the national flag. Alongside flag distribution, small community activities such as patriotic songs, cultural programs, and local flag marches added to the festive spirit and brought people together in celebration.

The response was overwhelming. Residents participated with great enthusiasm, turning the campaign into a symbol of unity and national pride. Streets and homes across the region were filled with the colors of the Indian flag, creating a beautiful and emotional atmosphere of celebration.

With the support of Indraprastha Gas Limited’s CSR initiative, this campaign helped strengthen the bond between citizens and the nation. It reminded everyone that the flag is not just a symbol, but a shared emotion that unites all Indians.

Through Har Ghar Tiranga, Mata Chakeri Devi Foundation once again took a meaningful step toward promoting awareness, unity, and active citizenship among the people.
